Damage Waiver Option
With (If damage to the rental equipment, EasyStreet Wedding Rentals waives collection of repair to the damaged items. The cost is 10% of the total rental charges from your specific order. This damage waiver cost is not returned once items are back in EasyStreet Wedding Rentals hands).
Without (If damage to the rental equipment, the customer accepts financial responsibility for repair or replacement of the property damaged).
Explanation of the Damage Waiver:
When the equipment is under the customers possession, it is their responsibility to return as recieved.
The damage waiver offers an option for the customer to not take responsibility for financial costs during circumstances when something gets broken or damaged while in the customer's possesion. This helps the customer not be liable for replacement or repair. The cost is 10% of the total rental charges from the customers order and is not given back once the items are returned.
