Terms & Conditions

Reservations:

  • 100% payment on the total charges due will be due within 15,30, 60 or day of the receipt sent on Quickbooks

  • Once payment is received all items rented will be finalized for your date.

  • This deposit is a flat rate that covers damage, missing items, lost inventory, or late returns. The deposit will be determined by the amount of items purchased. 

  • If you add to your order those additional payments will be collected immediately.

  • Payments are to only be made with a credit card, venmo, money orders, or cash.

  • Drivers license and credit card file is used for identification, cancellation, late fees, etc..

Rental Period + Rates

  • Rates are one day and single use only.

  • Customers will be called on Monday regarding their order to be picked up by Thursday, and delivered back to the business by Sunday, or Monday at the latest. 

  • Different rental periods will be approved ahead of time and at different rates.

  • Prices and policies can change.

Order Changes

  • Final changes and items needed have to be placed two weeks before the wedding date.

  • One week before the wedding date the orders are staged and packed, meaning nothing can be changed. 

  • Added items a week before will have an order fee for the last minute.

Cancellations

  • Cancellations two weeks before, 50% of the fees are still to be met and paid.

  • Cancellations made 1-13 days before the wedding, 75% of the fees are to be met and paid.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours will be fully charged.

Damage Waiver

  • Damage waiver is a 10% added charge to every invoice. This way it can waive any accidental damage to the rented items. The damage waiver does not include lost, broken, damaged items. For example, if a lantern door falls off please bring back the lantern, lantern door, screws, etc. that fell off to get the coverage. This waiver does not include damage, lost, stolen, burned, and broken items.

  • Damage waiver is not a refundable item.

Broken, Damaged, + Missing Items

  • Customers renting the items are responsible for the equipment while in their possession. Be sure equipment is secured and protected from any damage or weather. If something is received by a customer and appears broken please contact the owner immediately, if not the customer will not be guaranteed another item.

Pickup + Returns

  • Our business hours are from 9:00-4:00 pm, unless requested time that was approved.

  • We are closed on holidays or elected days notified by the owner.

  • Customers can pick up orders and return orders on business days. 

  • Items you are picking up must fit safely inside a vehicle.

  • You are responsible for bringing totes to store your items in and loading the items into your vehicle. However, we can assist you as much as possible.

  • EasyStreet wedding rentals cannot be responsible for damage to the vehicle or personal property that may occur during loading, unloading, or transportation.

Pick Up

  • Rental items need to be returned to EasyStreet Wedding Rentals.

  • If any items were used to eat or with beverages they need to be cleaned and dried.

  • All items should be secured and protected.

  • Fees can arise if requirements are not met.

  • Please be sure to bring secured packaging and containers when receiving and picking up your rented items.

Delivery

  • Delivery is available at extra cost. 

  • Fees are determined by the location and how far from the showroom. 

  • We do not set up or take down rented items.

  • Certain delivery times needed can be arranged by phone with our owner.
