Do I Need An Appointment?
Appointments are preferred, but can stop by business hours to view any items to reserve them.
How far in advance should you begin to rent items?
6 months is preferred, but once you get the date you can call whenever to reserve the items needed.
When do orders get delivered?
Orders will be delivered 1 day prior to the wedding date as requested by the person renting that.
Do rentals have to be picked up or are they delivered?
Rentals need to be picked up during business hours or allotted scheduled appointments by phone call. Deliveries can be done only within 15 miles from the business location and at an additional fee, these need to be scheduled and talked about 4 weeks prior to date.We do NOT offer take down or set up.
Do I have to launder the linens before returning?
If linens are available they do not have to be laundered when returning the items.
Do I need to clean items before returning?
Items should be returned as how you got them, if they had food items placed on them they need to be rinsed and dried.
When do I get my deposit back?
Depending on the day and order size it can take 1-5 business days to be processed. Also, refunds on the deposit will depend if all items came back as they should.
